What Katina costs
Two published prices and one conversation. Nothing here is charged per referral, per document or per scheme. A practice routing GPMHTP NDIS DVA TAC referrals pays exactly what a practice routing only one of them pays.

The whole product, not a cut-down version of it: the six-axis matcher, the per-scheme checklist, the audit chain, all of it.

The sum
The per-practitioner sum, before you take it to the owner
A practice manager gets asked one question, and it is never the monthly figure. It is what this costs per clinician. Here is the division, at every roster size the small-group plan covers.

The threshold that matters is the second practitioner. One costs $37 a month; two cost $197. If you are a two or three person practice, small group is the real price, and we would rather you read it here than meet it on an invoice.

What we don't charge for
The lines a practice gets billed for elsewhere.
Referrals
No per-referral fee. Forty a week costs what four a week costs.
Funding schemes
Every scheme costs the same. Routing DVA, TAC and WorkCover is not an upgrade.
Documents
No storage tier. The GP referral, the treatment plan and the NDIS plan all land at the same price.
The enquiry form
No charge per form, per field or per submission.
Security
The encryption, the two-factor and the audit chain are not an add-on. There is no plan here without them.
Patients
Never charged, never asked to make an account, never sent to a portal.

Questions a practice manager actually asks
Why is there no "from $150" price any more?
Because it was cheaper than the plan beneath it. A published $150 for fifteen-plus practitioners sat under the $197 small-group plan, which told a six-clinician practice to wait until it was bigger. We took it down rather than defend it. Above fifteen practitioners we quote in writing.
Is the price per practice or per practitioner?
Per practice. The table above is us dividing it for you; it is not a per-seat charge, and adding a clinician inside your plan's limit does not change the invoice.
What counts as a practitioner?
Anyone with a practitioner profile the matcher can route a referral to. Administrators are counted separately and are part of the plan rather than a seat line.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Month to month, no exit fee. You can request an export of your referrals, documents and audit chain, and deletion is confirmed in writing with a date. We would rather publish that than have you ask for it.
